By accessing and using the ElWijha platform ("the Platform"), whether through the website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

ElWijha is an informational platform offering: destination information for travel, study, work, and immigration; language test preparation tools (TCF, IELTS); educational content and courses; a community forum; and an AI-powered assistance system.

Visa Assistance Service: We offer a visa application document preparation assistance service. This service is exclusively a document preparation assistance service. We are not an embassy, consulate, or accredited immigration agent. We do not guarantee in any way the granting of a visa. The final decision to grant or refuse a visa rests exclusively with the competent authorities of the destination country.

Information provided on the Platform is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional immigration advice.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your password, all activities conducted through your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms or any behavior harmful to the Platform or its users.

Certain services on the Platform are paid, including the visa assistance service and premium courses. All prices are displayed in the specified currency and include applicable fees.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and certified payment processor. We do not store your bank card data on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All transactions are final except as provided in our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The visa assistance service offered by ElWijha is exclusively a document preparation and compilation assistance service. We do not represent any government, embassy, or consulate.

We do not guarantee: obtaining the visa or any positive outcome of your application; the accuracy or completeness of information regarding visa requirements (which may change at any time); processing times by the authorities.

You assume full responsibility for: the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted; verifying current visa requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate; the final submission of the visa application to the competent authorities.

In the event of visa refusal, you are not entitled to any compensation from ElWijha, except as provided in the Refund Policy.

All content on the Platform, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, is the property of ElWijha or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission; use the content for commercial purposes without a license; remove any copyright or trademark notices.

Users may post content in the community forum. By posting content, you grant ElWijha a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such content within the Platform.

You are prohibited from: providing false or misleading information; using the Platform for any illegal purpose; sending unsolicited messages or harmful content; attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems; impersonating any person or entity; posting content that discriminates based on race, religion, gender, or origin.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElWijha shall not be liable for: any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We are not responsible for: visa application refusals; inaccuracy of information provided by third parties; service interruptions or technical failures; any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Platform information.

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ElWijha from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: your violation of these terms; your use of the Platform; or your violation of any third party's rights.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. If negotiations fail, the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
